The purpose of CAVORT is to strengthen and recognize theater volunteer organizations, and to establish a network for the exchange of
ideas, projects and fundraising activities vital for the support of
professional, not-for-profit theatres.
For 40 years CAVORT has been the only organization in North America dedicated to supporting volunteers, and the staff they work with, at professional, non-profit theatres.
